Our Work Process
Every project follows a clear construction sequence—from design and permitting to the final finishes. Our team carefully manages each stage to deliver high-quality results and a smooth building experience.

01
Design & Permitting
Design planning, blueprint review, permit preparation.
02
Demolition & Grading
Before new construction begins, the site must be properly prepared. This phase may include removing existing structures, clearing debris, and grading the land to create a stable building surface. Proper demolition and grading ensure the site is level, drainage is properly managed, and the ground is ready for the foundation work that follows.

03
Foundation
The foundation forms the structural base of the entire building. During this phase, we complete excavation, footing installation, rebar placement, formwork, and concrete pouring according to approved plans and engineering requirements. A properly constructed foundation ensures long-term structural stability and provides the base for the framing and all subsequent construction work.
04
Framing
Framing establishes the structural framework of the building and defines the overall layout of the project. During this phase, we construct the floor system, exterior and interior walls, roof structure, and other structural components according to approved plans and engineering specifications. This stage transforms the project from a foundation into the visible shape of the future building.

05
MEP Construction
During this phase, the building’s mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems are installed within the structural framework. Our team coordinates electrical wiring, plumbing lines, ventilation systems, and other essential infrastructure according to approved plans and building codes. Proper installation at this stage ensures the building operates safely, efficiently, and is fully prepared for the next stages of construction.
06
Interior Finish
During the interior finish phase, the building begins to take on its final appearance and functionality. This stage includes insulation, drywall installation, painting, cabinetry, flooring, tile work, interior doors, trim, and fixtures. Careful attention to detail during this phase ensures a clean, comfortable, and well-crafted living space.

07
Exterior Finish
During the exterior finish phase, the outer envelope of the building is completed to protect the structure and enhance its appearance. This stage typically includes roofing, exterior siding or stucco, windows, exterior doors, trim, and exterior paint. Proper installation of these elements ensures weather protection, durability, and a clean finished look for the home.
08
Final Inspection & Certificate of Occupancy
After construction is completed, the project goes through final inspections by the local building department to verify that all work meets approved plans, safety standards, and building codes. Once all inspections are successfully passed, the city issues a Certificate of Occupancy, confirming that the building is safe and legally approved for use. This milestone marks the official completion of the project and allows the space to be occupied.
